Overview
ZypheraHub ("we," "us") operates an online education platform for trading card game collectors. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to run a learning platform well — and nothing we collect is ever sold.
Information we collect
- Account information. Name, email address, and password hash when you create an account.
- Purchase records. Course purchases and transaction references. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and never touch our servers.
- Learning activity. Lesson progress and completion, used to power your dashboard and resume points.
- Community content. Posts and replies you choose to make in the Collector Academy.
- Technical data. Standard logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) used for security and reliability.
How we use information
- To provide course access, track your progress, and operate the Collector Academy.
- To process purchases and honor our refund policy.
- To send transactional email (receipts, access changes, course updates you own). Marketing email is opt-in and separately unsubscribable.
- To keep the platform secure and diagnose problems.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers necessary to operate the platform (payment processing, hosting, email delivery), each bound by contract to use it only on our behalf.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and a small number of first-party analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Data retention and your rights
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your account at any time by contacting support. Purchase records may be retained as required for tax and accounting law.
Children
ZypheraHub is intended for users 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will notify account holders by email and post the revised policy here with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
