Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZypheraHub platform, courses, resources, and the Collector Academy community. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

ZypheraHub is an education platform. We sell access to courses and learning materials about trading card game collecting. We do not sell trading card products, broker transactions, take preorders, or provide financial, investment, or purchasing advice. Nothing on this platform is a promise or prediction about the price, availability, or performance of any product.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Accounts are personal: one person per account, and course access may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

Course access and licenses

A course purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access that course's content for your own education, including future updates to that course. Downloadable materials may be kept and printed for personal use. You may not redistribute, republish, resell, or use course content to build competing offerings.

Community conduct

The Collector Academy is a moderated study community. Buying, selling, trading, solicitation, self-promotion, harassment, and disinformation are prohibited. We may remove content or suspend community access for violations; serious or repeated violations may result in account termination. Course access is not affected by community moderation except in cases of fraud or abuse.

Payments and refunds

Prices are stated in USD and charged at the time of purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

Intellectual property

All course content, resources, branding, and site materials are the property of ZypheraHub or its licensors and are protected by copyright. Trademarks and game names referenced in educational contexts belong to their respective owners; ZypheraHub is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Educational content is provided "as is" and reflects our best understanding at the time of publication. The trading card industry changes; we make no warranty that content is error-free or current at every moment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZypheraHub's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms with notice to account holders; material changes take effect no sooner than 14 days after notice. You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms.
