Refund Policy

A 14-day satisfaction guarantee on every course, stated in plain language.

The short version

Every course purchase is covered by a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you decide within 14 days of purchase that a course isn't right for you, we'll refund it in full — no interrogation, no hoops.

How it works

  1. Contact us via the contact page (or the support email on your receipt) within 14 calendar days of your purchase, from the email address on your account.
  2. Tell us which purchase you'd like refunded. Feedback is welcome but never required.
  3. We confirm the refund within 2 business days. Funds return to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens after a refund

Refunding a course ends access to that course, its downloadable materials, and — if it was your only enrollment — the Collector Academy community. You're welcome back any time; a future repurchase restores everything.

Limits

  • Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase are not covered by the guarantee, though you may still contact us — we handle edge cases like duplicate purchases or billing errors case by case, and generously.
  • The guarantee exists for honest evaluation, not content extraction. Accounts that repeatedly purchase and refund courses may lose guarantee eligibility.
  • This policy supplements, and never overrides, any non-waivable rights you have under local consumer law.

We publish every course's full curriculum before purchase so you can decide with clear information — and we back that transparency with a guarantee we can state in one sentence. Education you're not happy with is education we haven't earned payment for.
